- 7. Is it worth removing my old warehouse light fixtures to upgrade to new energy efficient low bay or high bay light fixtures?

The answer is yes. The new T5 fluorescent light fixtures with motion sensors on them offer a very fast payback. By turning off the light fixture when no one is in the area. The light output is greater so less light fixtures are needed.
8. Do electric smoke detectors ever go bad?-
The NFPA. National fire protection association recommends them to be replaced at least every 10 years, because of lack of cleaning and testing.
